Rook6 Lab is the R&D studio behind Rook AI and the Sovereign Desktop stack. Based in Bexley, London. Founded by Geoff Bunce — Head of Solutions at Paragon ID, with over a decade delivering complex technology programmes in transit, smart ticketing, and physical identity infrastructure.

AI is moving into the physical world. Transit systems, access control, identity verification, ticketing at scale — these are the next frontier. Most AI people have never shipped hardware. Most hardware people don't understand AI. Rook6 Lab sits at that intersection deliberately.

Everything in the lab runs in production, on real hardware, solving real problems for a real family. If it works here, it can work for you.
